How can a girl try become slim again?

So sad... My mum said I become fatter on this year
She forces me no matter what happen also need to throw my fats in 3 months time
It means I need to become slim before my birthday
If not I won't have any party for my birthday...
Ahhhh.... Stressful with my weights
